Intellectual Property Since its inception, M. H. Hoshan Law Offices has been registering trademarks in Saudi Arabia. The first patent application in the Kingdom was filed by our firm in 1989 when Saudi Arabia's first patent law was issued. Over the years, our firm has been instrumental in combating trademark infringement, counterfeiting, and violation of copyright. Our lawyers have been actively involved in drafting and negotiating trademark and patent licensing and technology transfer agreements. Our firm is the Saudi founder/member of GULF CONSULTANTS for the Protection of Intellectual Property, a professional corporation established for the registration and protection of Intellectual Property in the six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
